How accurately does the AI price real estate?

Revalue's AI DOES NOT PRICE THE REAL ESTATE. The AI helps identify comparable sales and adjustments to be made between selected comps and the subject property. Ultimately, YOU, the agent, control the final price.

How does the AI calculate the suggested adjustments?
